Of course, as soon as food becomes “off-limits” I immediately desperately crave it. So what have I been doing? I’ve been pinning recipes for food to make as soon as we are out of crazy elimination land. Because I’m a glutton for punishment.

I’ve made those Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos and they’re great! I doubled the batch that I made, making some for dinner that night and extra to put in the freezer, and my husband has whittled those down to nothing. He loves grabbing them for lunch!
And those PB-Nutella Cookies are on my list, too. I’ve been eyeing them for awhile, and I think this week is the week that they finally get made.

I’m not on an elimination diet, but being pregnant, there are so many things that are off limits to me now. I have never craved a hot dog or deli meat so much as right now; normally I wouldn’t care about those things. I totally understand the wanting what you can’t have!
Oh gosh, I love hot dogs and craved them SO BADLY on the first day of the elimination diet.
I’m not quite ready to let go of summer yet but those pumpkin seeds almost have me excited for fall!
