I have something new for you guys, today! I thought it might be fun to put together a little wellness calendar for November. The idea—each day there is some new challenge, tip or idea to keep you on the path to a healthy month. Download the calendar, print it out and each day check in for something new to keep you healthy and focused.
I have to constantly remind myself that a “healthy lifestyle” is actually just made up of a bunch of tiny little decisions we make in a single day. Go to the gym, don’t. Drink that Mountain Dew, don’t. Go to bed early or stay up late. On their own, none of those decisions seem all that life-altering, but when they’re lumped together over a week, a month, a year or even a lifetime, they are what makes us healthy (or not). And I think checking in with this calendar will really help me stay on track of those little choices. None of the individual items seem all that crazy (I can definitely try a new recipe or go on a hike) but when they all add up, they equal a pretty darn healthy month!
